These adjustable guys are built with a short double polyester rope, Block with V-Jam Cleat for adjustment and a loop to fix them to the boat.
On the gangway side the suspended rope is Dyneema with a Low Friction Ring to slide along the boat side rope.

The Dyneema (R) guys have a shorter double polyester rope joined with a Low Friction Ring to the Dyneema end rope on the gangway side.

The ultra-light carbon spreader bar reduces the halyard sagging over the gangway, leaving an unobstructed crossing. Being light it's also wider than normal steel spreader bars, further improving confort.
